JAMES ATKINS

Working with boards and management teams, James facilitates planning and strategy workshops, assists businesses identify growth initiatives, and mentors and coaches leaders.
James’ objective is to deliver practical outcomes that achieve real results. He does this by working alongside CEOS, business owners & GM’s helping them plan and execute. The starting point is helping to refine an organisation’s competitive advantage.
Prior to setting up Vantage, James was a senior executive in highly competitive markets, including financial services, retail and energy. A seasoned business and marketing strategist, James has developed and introduced new brands, products, services, channels and programs in many industry sectors. He has led high level change management programs including process re-engineering and organisational change.
James has Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees, and has completed the Company Directors course and The Role of the Chairman course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the AICD. In 2018 he attended the London Business School to undertake the Exploring Disruption in the Digital Age course.
James works with boards both as an advisor and a director, and is a Mindshop Expert advisor. He is currently Chair of BIG4 Holiday Parks and a Non Executive Director of Melbourne Water and the Connective Group
Previously James served as Chair of Greening Australia, SIDS&Kids (Red Nose Australia) and hockingstuart , and as a Non Executive Director of .au Domain Administration, Circus Oz and YourPorter.

Lisa has consulted widely across industries helping companies to develop and refine their strategic direction and to implement their projects and marketing strategies. With her wide-ranging experience she has enjoyed sharing her knowledge and experience through her many training and facilitation roles.

With a focus on marketing, education and training Lisa’s experience is broad based enabling her to effectively deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of organisations.
